Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license BLS and ACLS certification required Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating CVOR cases Strong knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, and cardiovascular surgical protocols Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients Scrub and circulate during CVOR procedures, maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team Maintain accurate records and documentation Uphold patient advocacy and support throughout surgical processes
