Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry RN experience BLS and ACLS certification required Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities Ability to adapt to new clinical environments swiftly Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac telemetry, recognize arrhythmias, and respond appropriately Administer medications and manage IV therapies per protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery Provide dedicated bedside care, patient education, and emotional support Document nursing assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately Contribute to a safe and positive hospital environment
