LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in state of practice Board-certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, family practice, geriatric, or adult-gerontology primary care Family Makes Us Stronger.
