Job Overview:

ShineSun Provider Placement Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in Augusta, Georgia. This position involves approximately 21 skilled nursing hours weekly in a home setting, along with two (2) bi-weekly supervisory visits monthly. We are looking for a nurse who is professional, patient-focused, reliable, and comfortable working independently while supporting both the child and family in the home environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home Conduct bi-weekly supervisory visits Monitor and document the child's condition during each shift Follow the physician's plan of care Assist with skilled nursing tasks and ongoing assessments Communicate professionally with caregivers and agency staff Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Active Georgia RN license Current CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred Home health experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and professionally Pass national background check Possible federal fingerprinting requirement (GCHEXS) Negative TB test/documentation required Valid driver's license Social Security card copy required

Schedule:

Approximately 21 hours weekly

Tuesday:

1:00 PM-7:00 PM (6-hour shift)

Wednesday-Friday:

1:00 PM-6:00 PM (5-hour shifts) Tuesday-Friday weekly schedule Two (2) bi-weekly supervisory visits monthly Flexible scheduling based on client/family needs and nurse availability Why Join ShineSun?
