This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting patients through complex recoveries, and making a meaningful impact during every stage of the healing process. About the Role Provide specialized nursing care for patients recovering from burn injuries and related conditions Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families throughout recovery Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and identify changes in health status Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies Perform wound care and dressing changes according to established protocols Monitor pain management effectiveness and patient responses to treatment Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe Previous acute care, critical care, surgical, trauma, or burn unit experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonus available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Paid time off and leave benefits Tuition assistance and continuing education support Professional certification and career development opportunities Employee wellness programs and support resources Why Join Us?
