Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment Shifts and durations vary; designed to maximize both work-life balance and professional exposure
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (unencumbered) Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities Strong team player with adaptability in fast-paced settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring safety and sterility at all times Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient assessments and monitoring Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Advocate for patient care and safety throughout the surgical process Document accurately per facility standards
