Compensation Package:
Weekly Gross Pay:
$2,112 weekly($58.6per hour)
Taxable Pay:
$612/week ($17/hour)
Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend:
$1,580/weekly
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department on a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing rapid assessment, emergency treatment, and compassionate patient care to individuals with acute illnesses and traumatic injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency treatments as ordered. Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to changes. Assist physicians during emergency procedures and trauma resuscitations. Operate and monitor emergency equipment, including cardiac monitors and defibrillators. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license (or compact license if applicable).
Recent Emergency Room nursing experience. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred if required by the facility). Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
