Qualifications:
Active RN license (state of Georgia or compact license) At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and changes in condition Administer medications and other treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation
