Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license Proficiency in both Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units Minimum of one year recent acute care experience in Med Surg or Telemetry Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills Comfort working in a fast-paced hospital setting with diverse patient populations Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows with professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for Med Surg and Telemetry patients Monitor patient vitals, cardiac rhythms, and clinical status, intervening as needed Administer medications and perform treatments following evidence-based protocols Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to optimize care Educate patients and families on condition management, procedures, and care transitions Accurately document all care delivered using electronic medical records Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards at all times Respond swiftly to emergencies and escalate care when necessary This contract offers the chance to demonstrate your expertise while making a lasting difference in patient lives.
