Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
BLS/ACLS
certification preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Responsibilities:
Monitor patients requiring cardiac telemetry, analyze rhythm strips, and report changes promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Administer medications and perform critical interventions as needed Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses in electronic records Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
