Contract Field Nurse Delta Homecare - 2.6 Chickamauga, GA Job Details Per diem 4 days ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Driver's License First Aid Certification Full Job Description Contract Field Nurse Join our team at Delta Homecare - Georgia as a Contract Field Nurse in Chickamauga, Georgia! As a Contract Field Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and personalized nursing care services to patients in their homes and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled visits to patients, including nursing care, diagnostic procedures, and lab tests Monitor patient care and conduct nurse supervisory visits with caregivers as needed Liaise between the office, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Conduct assessments, admissions, and care planning for new patients Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to develop individualized care plans
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience Complies with accepted professional standards and principles Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health Has presented a pre-employment physician's health clearance, including a negative TB skin test and current First Aid & CPR certification Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers Abilities to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
