What You'll Do:
Conduct pediatric supervisory visits in patients' homes Provide assistance with activities of daily living Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing oversight Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Qualifications:
Active Georgia RN License CPR + First Aid Certification Reliable transportation Pediatric or home health experience preferred
