Hours:

M-T 7:30am to 4:00pm; Fridays 7:30am to 1:30pm Pay is determined by experience level. Pain management nurses are responsible for: Administer pain medications via various routes, i.e. intravenous or intramuscular Monitor patient receiving conscious sedation Recover patients after receiving sedation Review medical records Assist physicians with invasive pain management procedures Highly recommended skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions Ability to develop and maintain good patient relationships

BLS, ACLS
