Required Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible for Georgia At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) experience BLS certification (additional certifications like ACLS preferred) Proven commitment to patient-centered care Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse group of MS patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with hospital policies Educate patients and families on treatments and post-discharge care
Schedule/Hours:
Travel nursing contract; specific shifts and length discussed during interview process
