Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid and in good standing 2+ years of recent Operating Room/Perioperative nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Scrub and circulate proficiency strongly preferred Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff as a vital OR team member Prepare, monitor, and maintain a sterile field and manage surgical instrumentation Accurately document nursing care and ongoing patient assessments Support patient safety, comfort, and advocacy at every step
