As a Registered Nurse, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and develop or modify care plans to meet individual needs. Required qualifications include a current RN license, at least two years of home care experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Homecare Homebase. Skills in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing are valued, and you may be required to work on-call shifts.
