- Deliver skilled nursing care under the individualized plan of care, including medication administration, wound care, G-tube/trach/vent management, and seizure monitoring
- Document nursing interventions, patient response, and changes from baseline in real time
- Educate patients and family caregivers on care procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising RN and care team
- Complete service delivery logs and visit notes accurately and on time
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and rights at all times Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in GA
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home care, pediatric, or ICU/med-surg preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Preferred (not required): Experience with ventilator-dependent or medically complex pediatric patients; PDN or home health background
