Job description Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Dalton, Georgia . Must have 2+ years of experience. This contract pays approximately $9,885/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hour shifts Hours per week: 40
Start Date:
ASAP Job responsibilities: Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
