Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OR experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
  • Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Provide patient assessment pre, intra, and post-operatively
  • Monitor patient responses and document accurately
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Adhere to facility-specific policies and procedures
