Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent experience in a Stepdown or progressive care unit BLS and ACLS certification required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to a new facility and routines quickly
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients transitioning from intensive care, providing specialized, high-acuity nursing vigilance Administer medications, manage IVs, and coordinate patient care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document care accurately in compliance with facility policies Offer compassionate support and education to patients and their families What's in it for
