Desired Skills and Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong ability to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills Adaptability for fast-paced, team-driven environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct continuous assessment and monitoring of cardiac telemetry patients Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes in patient conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Educate patients and families on care procedures, diagnoses, and recovery Accurately document and report changes in patient status
