Preferred Qualifications:
Current RN licensure At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, patients, and families Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms to identify changes Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and ongoing care Accurately document observations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
