Registered Nurse
  • Home Health (Saturday & Sunday) Douglasville, GA 30135 $50 an hour
  • Part-time, Contract $50 an hour
  • Part-time, Contract Job Summary (weekly pay,$50 hourly) 24 hours a week.
12-hour shifts. Day shifts or Night shifts available. Flexible schedule. Experience with Ventilators required. $1,000 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team to help kids under 21 with in-home healthcare services. As a Home Healthcare RN, your role will be delivering patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your focus will include assessing patients' health status, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with family members. You'll have to utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to monitor patients' progress, administer medications, and provide hands-on care for a variety of health conditions. Duties Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and performing medical procedures. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Child has Trach, G-Tube, Oxygen needs, and Ventilator Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
