  • Part-time, PRN Chosen Homecare Network is a growing Georgia-based Private Home Care Provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a flexible opportunity to support a new and expanding home care agency. The RN will play an important role in both the agency's startup and ongoing operations by providing the professional nursing oversight required under Georgia Private Home Care Provider regulations. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, completing supervisory visits, reviewing and updating care plans, providing clinical consultation to the Administrator, supporting caregiver education and competency, maintaining required documentation, and helping ensure compliance with all applicable Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations. The RN will also serve as the agency's designated clinical resource, providing professional nursing credentials and consultation as required for licensing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance activities. Hours are based on agency and client needs and are not guaranteed. What We Offer Competitive PRN pay ($42
