• Overview:

• We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Nurse, RN. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide essential care and support to children in need of home health services.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members

• Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of basic life support techniques
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience in assisted living or medical-surgical settings

Pay:
