Schedule/Hours:
7:00pm - 7:00am Night shiftsOn-call:
(2) 24-hour shifts per 8-week periodQualifications:
Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred Active RN license (single-state or compact) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 days Trauma Nurse Core (TNCC) within 18 months Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience considered Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork abilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive emergency care guided by the nursing process and evidence-based best practices Foster positive partnerships with patients, families, and team members Document and coordinate care efficiently and accurately Support quality improvement and shared governance efforts Contribute to education, mentorship, and professional development initiativesBenefits & Perks:
