Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective perioperative nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgery Assist physicians and surgical teams throughout a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patients' vitals, pain levels, and recovery while maintaining sterile techniques and environment Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document accurately in adherence to facility policies and compliance standards

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Flexibility to work with different teams and patient populations
