Role:
Nurse Educator•Critical Care Full-Time | Day Shift | NGMC Join Northeast Georgia Health System as we advance our Magnet® journey and commitment to nursing excellence. We're seeking a Critical Care Nurse Educator to lead unit-based education, support staff development, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care. This role serves as a clinical and educational resource, supporting orientation, competency validation, and ongoing learning for critical care teams. Partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provides direct patient care as needed.
Requirements:
Active Georgia RN license Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 3 years RN experience At least 3 years Critical Care experience required (Cardiac preferred) Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty Professional organization membership.
Preferred:
