Responsibilities:
Provide intraoperative care for patients in the Operating Room (OR), ensuring safety and comfort. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff for optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to strict infection control standards and hospital protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any intraoperative complications with composure. Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient progress. Assist with patient preparation and postoperative care as required.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license. 1-2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Nurse. BLS certification (required);
ACLS/PALS
preferred. Proficiency with OR procedures, instrumentation, and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
