Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Recent experience in a Telemetry nursing position Strong cardiac monitoring and interpretation skills Effective communication and critical thinking abilities BLS and ACLS certifications required Flexibility to quickly adapt in changing clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients with acute or chronic cardiac conditions Interpret telemetry readings and communicate significant changes promptly Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies Provide clear patient and family education regarding care plans and recovery
