Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Telemetry nurse Strong clinical assessment, telemetry monitoring, and documentation skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to fast-changing situations and willingness to embrace new protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms, respond to changes, and escalate care as needed Conduct ongoing assessments and administer medications in accordance with physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
