As the dedicated RN for a 1:1 assignment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and educational success of a student requiring specialized medical care throughout the school year.

What We're Looking For:

Current and active RN license for the state of Georgia Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred Strong clinical judgment in assessing and managing medically fragile situations Flexibility to adapt to an inconsistent weekly schedule based on student attendance Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing care and oversight for a medically fragile student during school hours Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and respond to health emergencies as needed Maintain thorough documentation of care in compliance with school and state requirements Communicate any health updates or concerns promptly with the school team and student's family Adhere strictly to privacy polices and professional standards Enjoy a contract role where you are appreciated for your skills and dedication—helping a student thrive in the school environment. This opportunity allows for up to 37.5 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on the student's attendance. When the student is absent, the RN is not required to work.
