The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in aesthetic procedures, medical office operations, and patient care, with a focus on non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, performing advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers and Botox, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The Registered Nurse will work closely with physicians and estheticians to deliver safe, effective, and personalized treatments in a professional environment dedicated to enhancing patient confidence and well-being. Responsibilities Administer Botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures following established protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin evaluations. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining treatment plans, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring comfort throughout the process. Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards during all procedures. Manage patient documentation accurately using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and follow-up requirements. Collaborate with physicians regarding complex cases involving acute pain management or special medical needs. Monitor patient responses during treatments like IV infusions or laser therapies; recognize and respond to adverse reactions promptly. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Assist in clinic operations including inventory management of DME (Durable Medical Equipment), esthetic laser devices, and other medical supplies. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and related fields such as ophthalmology, geriatrics, or trauma medicine. Qualifications Valid RN license with current state licensure required. Proven experience administering injections, Botox/dermal fillers, laser treatments, or other esthetic procedures preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology, ophthalmology, critical care, or hospital settings is advantageous. Experience working in outpatient clinics or medical spas focusing on aesthetic treatments is preferred. Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, estheticians, and administrative staff. Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient privacy.
