Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic outpatient clinical environment, delivering skilled nursing care to patients in urgent and emergency situations. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs with backgrounds in ER, urgent care, or ICU settings, providing critical services during 12-hour shifts that begin at 3:00 PM.
Schedule:
12-hour shift, starting at 3:00
PM Key Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Proven experience in emergency department, urgent care, or ICU roles Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-paced clinical settings Proficient with outpatient clinic protocols, triage, and urgent response procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring immediate and ongoing medical attention in an outpatient clinic setting Triage patient conditions and prioritize care according to urgency Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment responses Collaborate with providers and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records Support patient education and answer questions regarding discharge instructions or ongoing care
