- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care using EHR systems
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and follow physician-directed care plans
- Provide wound care, G-tube management, trach care, and vent support
- Educate patients and families on care plans and support smooth care transitions
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA and infection control standards What You Need
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner
