Travel assignment Flexible scheduling to accommodate lifestyle and travel plans
Key Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license (compact state preferred) Minimum of 1-2 years recent CVOR experience required
BLS, ACLS
certifications Proficient in scrubbing and circulating roles within the CVOR Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt efficiently to fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, proficient care to cardiovascular surgical patients before, during, and after procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs as a key team member Maintain stringent sterile fields and uphold all OR policies and safety measures Document and report on patient progress accurately and promptly Assist in patient and family education regarding perioperative processes
