Qualifications & Experience:

Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Effective communication and ability to work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with electronic medical records and evidence-based emergency procedures
