Schedule/Hours:
12-hour night shifts Variable shifts covering weekends and weekdays No call requiredQualifications:
Active RN license with demonstrated proficiency in pediatric OR nursing Minimum 2 years' operating room experience required Pediatric OR experience highly preferred Experience with Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Ophthalmic (Eyes) specialties required Ability to scrub a plus, but not required Epic (EMR) proficiency required Up-to-date BLS and PALS certifications Recent experience documented on an updated resume Two recent OR Supervisor/Manager references Skills Checklist matching specialty EMR experience documented (EPIC required) RTO must be provided at submission (if applicable) Nicotine-free status (testing required with drug screen) Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exceptionsPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive perioperative care for pediatric patients Actively participate in complex neuro, ortho, ENT, general, and eye surgeries Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary surgical teams Maintain compliance with current best practices and hospital protocolsWhat You'll Gain:
