Schedule/Hours:
Average of 70+ hours per four weeks (hours may vary) Includes one shift each onFriday, Saturday, and Sunday Qualifications:
Active RN license, unrestricted and in good standing Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with strong CVOR background Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required Ability to adapt to changing environments and demonstrate excellent teamwork Current certifications as required for CVOR (e.g., BLS, ACLS)Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care in the CVOR, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Utilize critical thinking for rapid assessment and intervention in high-acuity situations Review, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans Support education and mentorship for peers and new team members as neededBenefits and Perks:
