Shift:
12-hour nights (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) Location setting: Neonatal ICU in a hospital environment Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Responsibilities Provide direct clinical care to neonates in the NICU, including high-acuity cases from 22 weeks gestation and greater Manage advanced therapies and monitoring, such as total body cooling, conventional ventilation up to HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, and continuous IV infusions Perform central line maintenance, medication administration, and diagnosis-appropriate nursing interventions Participate in neonatal resuscitation, team huddles, and rapid response to neonatal emergencies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and support families with education and discharge planning Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience AHA BLS certification required NRP certification required STABLE certification preferred Neonatal ICU experience with very high acuity patients, including care for 22 weeks gestation and greater Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) on a 12-week assignment Hiring Organization and Location Healthforce Healthcare LLC Apply here: https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply
