Required Qualifications:
Valid RN license and eligibility to practice as an RN Minimum of 1 year recent acute clinical experience in stepdown/progressive care BLS and ACLS certifications current at the time of application Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to patients requiring stepdown observation and intervention Monitor, assess, and modify care plans in response to acute patient changes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately Educate patients and families, supporting their understanding and involvement in care
