Job Description
The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven background in sales and a foundational understanding of health and anatomy—making a candidate with previous nursing experience (RN, LPN, or similar clinical background) the perfect fit. In this role, you will consult with clients, understand their wellness goals, and recommend personalized treatment packages that deliver real results. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with new and existing clients to assess their health goals and pain points.
- Educate clients on the physiological benefits of our services using your medical/nursing knowledge to build trust and authority.
- Successfully close sales on treatment packages and memberships to meet and exceed monthly clinic revenue targets.
- Manage the client pipeline, follow up on leads via phone and email, and ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to booking.
- Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring clients feel comfortable, safe, and informed throughout their wellness journey. Qualifications & Skills
