• $43/hr (Based on Experience) About the Role TwelveStone Infusion Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infusion Center team in Lithonia, GA.

The RN will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to patients with chronic diseases and acute medical conditions in a patient-focused outpatient setting. We welcome RNs from various clinical backgrounds who possess strong IV skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and review lab results prior to treatment Administer infusion therapies, medications, hydration, antibiotics, vitamins, iron, and steroids per provider orders Monitor patients during treatment and report any changes to the referring physician Provide patient education and support throughout the infusion process Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to clinical protocols Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide quality patient care Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered environment Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Georgia Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current BLS/CPR Certification (hands-on/in-person certification required) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Infusion therapy experience Required Strong IV skills preferred Experience with EMR systems and basic computer skills required
