The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including providing skilled in-home nursing care for medically fragile kids . This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients. Our mission is to bring comfort, stability, and compassionate care to families right where they feel safest — at home. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients Perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care. Educate and support families in managing their child's health needs at home. Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
