Clinical Specialty Sales Representative - Biologics / IVIG /

Range:
$75,000-$150,000 base (commensurate with experience and performance) + Performance-Based Incentives + Growth Equity Potential Ready to Own Your Success in Specialty Pharma Sales? Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a clinical background (RN, PA, ARNP, or PharmD)? Do you specialize in neurology, gastroenterology, infusion therapy, or rare diseases? This is your opportunity to take full ownership of your success and earn beyond your base. We're looking for a top-performing Clinical Sales Rep to help expand our specialty biologics and infusion business in the Southern Georgia market.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Performer:
Consistent top 5% sales performance in neurology, gastroenterology, or infusion sales.
Medical or Clinical Background Preferred:
RN, PA, ARNP, Pharmacist (PharmD), or other relevant degree.
Specialty Market Experience:
Deep knowledge of biologics, IVIG, immunoglobulin therapy, infusion therapy, or rare disease treatments.
Established Relationships:
Strong network with neurologists, gastroenterologists, and other specialists across Georgia and/or Tennessee.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Independent, resourceful, and motivated to grow a territory and share in the success.
Strategic Thinker:
Able to develop referral networks, solve problems creatively, and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of specialists in neurology, gastroenterology, and other high-value therapeutic areas. Promote and drive referrals for specialty biologic and infusion therapies (IVIG, SCIG, and others). Provide clinical insight and tailored solutions to healthcare providers and their patients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support for prescribers and patients. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term strategy. Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and payer requirements.
