Role Requirements:
Valid RN license with current standing Telemetry nursing experience preferred Strong ECG interpretation skills Ability to respond effectively to evolving patient conditions Excellent communication and teamwork abilities BLS and ACLS certifications required
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize and respond to changes, and document findings accurately Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient-centered care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Maintain a safe, supportive, and organized unit environment Adhere strictly to facility protocols and safety standards
