Category Nursing - RN - Infusion Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Infusion, Oncology, and Pediatric care. This contract position involves delivering high-quality nursing services, supporting patients through their treatment journeys, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Experience in infusion therapy administration Solid background in oncology nursing, with ability to manage side effects and monitor treatment progress Pediatric nursing experience, ensuring compassionate care for younger patients Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer infusion treatments according to provider orders and organizational protocols Monitor and document patients' responses to therapy, intervening as necessary Deliver comprehensive nursing care and education to patients and families in oncology and pediatric settings Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other team members to support effective, coordinated care Maintain accurate medical records and ensure medication safety at all times Follow infection control standards and promote patient safety throughout the care process
