Nurse Practitioner (NP) Pediatrics - NEW
GRADS WELCOMED
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric experience in Rome, GA. Living in Rome offers a unique blend of small-town charm and scenic natural beauty. The city is known for its three rivers and seven hills , giving residents beautiful views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing, and hiking. Rome also has a vibrant historic downtown filled with local restaurants, shops, and community events that create a welcoming atmosphere. Its cost of living is generally more affordable than many larger Georgia cities.
The Company:
Our client is a physician-led pediatric practice with multiple locations and a collaborative team of physicians and mid-level providers. They are known for delivering high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in a supportive and low-stress clinical environment.
The Position:
Our client is looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The pay range our client is offering is $90,000+ Base Salary, plus additional incentives. $90,000 Base Salary (New Graduates) $10,000 Signing Bonus Monthly Quality Incentive Bonuses ($800 $1,000 per month / approx. $10,000 annually) Up to $25,000 Per Year in Tax-Free Student Loan Forgiveness (HRSA Eligible Site) Relocation Assistance Available Guaranteed Annual Raise ($1,500 Per Year) CME Allowance 401(k) with 100% Employer Match (Fully Vested Immediately) Fully Paid Malpractice Insurance ($1M / $3M Coverage) State License Fees Covered 2 Weeks of PTO + 6
Paid Holidays Requirements:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Active Georgia License or Ability to Obtain Passion for Pediatric Medicine Team-Oriented with a
Positive Attitude Responsibilities:
Monday Friday Schedule 1 Saturday Per Month (9 AM 1 PM) 100% Outpatient Pediatrics Average Patients Per Day Light Call Rotation (1:8, Phone Only)
No Hospital Rounds No ER Coverage No Night Shifts Additional Highlights:
