Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license. Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong cardiac monitoring skills and experience with telemetry equipment. Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, interpret, and record cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans. Administer prescribed medications and respond to emergent cardiac situations confidently. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Accurately document patient progress and vital information.
