Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and active RN license Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities Strong adaptability for fast-paced healthcare environments
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, reporting abnormalities promptly Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders Perform patient assessments, document findings accurately, and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, procedures, and wellness strategies Maintain stringent infection control and safety practices
